Das Handrührgerät von WMF punktet mit elegantem Design, hochwertiger Verarbeitung und sehr guten Ergebnissen. Zudem liegt es gut in der Hand und ist leicht zu bedienen. Leider spritzt der Mixer beim Sahneschlagen und verbraucht im Vergleich viel Strom.

Wiewohl dieses Modell sehr viel kompakter als die anderen hier vertretenen Handmixer ist, lassen sich auch mit ihm Eiweiß, Sahne und Co. prima weiterverarbeiten. Die Tester:innen haben letztlich nur Eines monieren müssen: Die Quirle sind solchermaßen kurz, dass sie immerhin dann, wenn man Schüsseln mit ausnehmendem Höhenmaß verwendet, nicht bis an deren Boden heranreichen.
Selbst zähe Hefeteige sind für das WMF-Gerät kein Problem. Fünf Geschwindigkeitsstufen sorgen für einen perfekten, glatten Teig. Für Eischnee und Sahne schaltet man einfach den Turbo ein. Alle Funktionen sind gut mit einer Hand zu bedienen.
