A wonderfully fluffy, slightly viscous milk foam gives every espresso something special - it is not without reason that cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato are among the world's most popular espresso specialities. The exquisite combination of nuanced espresso and soft milk foam that rounds off the aroma spectrum has been able to enrapture people for many decades.
