Test Report

Hot Air Fryers 01/2019

In Stiftung Warentest's hot air fryer test, 13 appliances had to show what they could do: French fries, vegetables, chicken thighs and muffins had to be successful - low in fat and still delicious. When looking at the plates, however, our testers often lost their appetite: a Severin burnt muffins, brown discoloured vegetables came out of the Russell Hobbs and inedible chicken thighs from a Tefal. No deep fryer can do everything well. At least four make delicious fries (prices: 59 to 290 euros).
