The new M. Zuiko Digital ED 12-40 mm 1:2.8 was developed to meet the needs of professional photographers in every respect. It is the first lens in the new PRO category. In combination with the OM-D, the user can look forward to incredibly fast AF performance. With an aperture of 1:2.8 over the entire focal length range (24-80 mm with a 35 mm camera), technologies such as MSC and the manual focus mechanism, high-quality image results are guaranteed in a wide variety of photo situations. Protected against dust and splash water, it is always ready when you need it.

Das Modell Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-40 mm 1:2,8 Pro zeichnet sich durch eine insgesamt sehr gute Bildqualität auf, wobei es sowohl bei der Auflösung, der Verzeichnung als auch beim Radschärfeabfall Bestwerte erzielen kann...

Das sehr gut verarbeitete Zoom arbeitet fast über den gesamten Brennweitenbereich sehr konstant und hat dabei weder mit Farbsäumen große Probleme noch mit den Verzeichnungswerten. Die Bildmitte ist nahezu perfekt und die Bildränder fallen nur geringfügig ab. Somit hat man ein top Modell dessen Preis angemessen ist.
