The HRM-Run provides 6 run efficiency data: The number of steps per minute. The high-low movement of your running movement. It shows the vertical movement of the trunk in centimeters for each step. The time per step (in milliseconds) you spend walking on the ground. The ratio between the left and right of your ground contact time when running (in percent).

For example, it was displayed as 53.2 along with an arrow pointing left or right. The length of your step from one performance to the next, measured in meters. The ratio of vertical movement to stride length (in percent). A lower value usually indicates a better running form.
