The RF 35mm f/1.8 IS Macro STM is portable, lightweight, and easy to use. With the individually configurable lens control ring, settings can be adjusted, and information such as subject distance is displayed in the viewfinder. It is particularly well-suited for video recording.
The combination of the lens's optical image stabilization and the camera's electronic 5-axis image stabilization ensures exceptionally smooth shots—even when filming in motion. The quiet STM autofocus operates very smoothly and quietly, allowing for natural focus transitions. The impressive aperture of f/1.8 is complemented by the powerful Dual Sensing IS technology, which minimizes camera shake thanks to the 5-stop image stabilizer.
