The expansion handle does not provide alternative controls for portrait shooting or a separate handle, but can be used to adapt the EOS RP's compact and lightweight design as needed, while looking like
an integral part of the camera. Thanks to the integrated cover for the memory card and battery compartment, it is not necessary to remove the handle to access it. This handle also features a tripod base and a knurled aluminium tripod ring - the EOS RP camera's style and functionality are not compromised by the handle.
