The ATH-M50x premium studio headphones are ideal for recording, mixing and DJing as well as simply enjoying music on the go. The circumaural design and 90-degree swivel earcups are essential product features
for DJs, while the extended frequency range and crystal-clear reproduction across the entire frequency spectrum will make the heart of all musicians, sound engineers and beat producers beat faster. Included are three detachable cables: a 3 meter straight cable, a 3 meter coiled cable and a 1.2 meter straight cable.

The completely closed design of this headphone is not very air permeable, but offers powerful sound and rich bass. In addition, disturbing external noise is very well muffled. The other way around is also provided for good insulation: outsiders hear your music practically not.

Der ATH-M50x ist ein Kopfhörer, der Filmprofis und Musikliebhaber gleichermaßen in Verzückung versetzen wird. Die robuste Bauweise und der große Ausstattungsumfang sind neben dem ausgezeichneten Klang seine starken Argumente. Angesichts des zudem günstigen Straßenpreises von knapp 180 Euro ist das Gerät ein echter Geheimtipp.

Der Testsieger überzeugt mit einem sauberen Klang sowie guter Detailwiedergabe. Dabei ist das Modell auch preislich fair und hat einen sehr hohen Pegel. das Kabel ist austauschbar und nur beim Bass spielte der AT etwas unsauber. Dennoch der verdiente erste Platz, wobei er mit deutlichem Abstand sich den Zweitplatzierten vom Leibe halten konnte.
