Not suitable for thorough plaque removal!
To check how well plaque is removed, I sprayed the teeth coloured with Paro tablets. It turns out that fresh plaque is not removed to 99.9% at the highest level of vertical irradiation, but to about 50%. This is therefore definitely not "the most effective way to clean between teeth". What can be removed are food residues. But plaque, and then between the teeth? No. That's a nice idea, but unfortunately not realistic...
I then had a look at the studies. Result: the "independent" (?!) study says great (99.9% plaque removal), but most studies doubt its suitability for plaque removal. As do numerous videos by renowned YouTube dentists...
The device is certainly not an alternative to dental floss and interdental brushes! This warning should be written somewhere. Anyone who does not check the result with plaque tablets mistakenly believes that the appliance removes plaque and is naturally very satisfied.
This criticism will apply to ALL oral irrigators. The water jet is simply too weak for plaque. If it were strong enough, it would be dangerous for the palate and gums...
At least the appliance seems to be good for massaging the gums. It can be recommended for that.Pro

If you would like to have more confidence with your breath, I would recommend you buy this product.
I am totally satisfied with this product. I feel that it cleans my teeth and gum much better than dental floss. Apart from that, I like it that I can adjust the speed. With this flexibility, I can adjust the speed that is just right for me. What's more, I can use it to remove tonsil stones that have hidden in unreachable crypts. If you want to use it for removing tonsil stones like I do; please make sure that you set the gadget on the lowest pressure to avoid serious damage on sensitive area.
