In my case, the last problem was that a few of the end drip inserts had fallen off during the winter. If even ONE dripper is missing, the pressure is missing and there is no water in the whole pipeline, even though the pump sucks. If yours doesn't suck, it's probably really broken. I have already received a warranty replacement for a broken one from Galaxus/ Gardena.

Sorry for confusing, after winter the pump has top charged batteris and running but no vater is coming out and I can feel that it,s no sucking of water. It less than one year so will check warrenty

Hello BobB. I would like to help you, but I don't understand what this is about. If the pump is stored and switched off for the winter, it can't actually pump on its own.
