Flexible hose assemblies can transmit fluids at high pressure. Special attention should be paid to application, material, and technical data. These assemblies are not suitable for use with high pressure hydraulic cylinders and pumps, which have an operating pressure of 700 bar. They are outside the terms of our BS 5750 (Part 2) Specialist Dealer for Assessed Capability Level B registration. Pin jet cover for air and gas applications above 250 psi (17 bar). Straight hose assembly with 90° elbow. High quality flexible hydraulic hose with crimped termination fittings. Each assembly features a one-piece end fitting, eliminating a mismatched insert and ferrule, and matching hoses. Hoses are made of synthetic rubber with a synthetic rubber outer cover and steel wire reinforcement with high tensile strength. Fittings are made of galvanized mild steel. Applications include medium pressure maintenance with petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, mineral oils, lubricating oils, water-glycol, water-oil emulsion hydraulic fluids, hot oil, grease, crude and fuel oil, air, and water.
