Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC) full-shaft electronics for working with material-specific speeds that remain constant under load. Adjustment wheel for preselecting the speed and number of strokes. Two-speed gearbox: two drilling speeds for effective drilling in wood and metal. Metabo Marathon motor with dust protection for long service life. High-performance impact mechanism precision-mounted in an aluminium alloy housing: durable and robust. Perfect ergonomics thanks to centre of gravity close to hand and optimised handle contour. Bottom-mounted changeover switch protected against damage and dust. Metabo S-automatic safety clutch: mechanical decoupling of the drive when the drill is blocked for safe working. Restart protection: prevents unintentional start-up after power interruption. Lockable switch for convenient continuous operation. Cable-protecting spherical sleeve for optimum freedom of movement when working.
