Neutral cross-linking, non-coatable, universal and ready-to-use, permanently elastic, silicone-based sealant. No reaction with metals or alkaline substrates, lightfast, moisture and weather resistant. Broad adhesion spectrum. Antifungal finish. UV and weather resistant. Tested for facades, windows, sanitary and plaster applications. Area of application: The sealant has excellent adhesive properties and works without primer on a wide range of substrates such as wood, concrete, metal, plastics and many paint systems. The sealant is ideal for repairing and sealing expansion joints in the construction industry, façade cladding, air conditioning systems, joints between doors, windows and window sills, and for wood, construction and metal applications in general. Also suitable for sealing connections of single and insulating glass, including in connection with laminated safety glass panes to the frame (not in the rebate area or at the glass joint). Do not use for applications such as natural stone, aquariums or substrates with bitumen systems. Other products from the Coltogum range are suitable for these applications.
