Note that celery is heat sensitive and grows best at a maximum temperature of 26°C. Germination and growth may be affected at higher temperatures.

There is no limit to the number of seedlings in a pod, so no thinning is required. Just let the plant grow!

You can gradually pick individual leaves one by one, starting about five to seven weeks after planting. It is best to pick young leaves with whole stems (full length). Cut deeply without damaging the base of the plant. Alternatively, you can wait until the plant is 8-12 weeks old and then pick all the leaves at once.

Remember that celery leaves do not grow into heavy stems, but all green parts of the vegetative growth are edible and versatile in the kitchen.
