The color gradations of the different resistances may change from time to time. Furthermore, natural products can wear out over time. Such wear and tear can cause the Strength Bands to tear in the long run. To prolong the life of the bands, we recommend only proper handling of these bands. Light (Black): 4.5 kg (25% stretch) to 27 kg (200% stretch) Medium (Purple): 11 kg (25% stretch) to 36 kg (200% stretch) Heavy (Green): 22 kg (25% stretch) to 54 kg (200% stretch).
