Suprfit Interval Timer Osrun

These include a Tabata mode (e.g. 20 second workout / 10 second rest phase) or a timer for the Fight Gone Bad modes popular in the cross scene (5 minute workout / 1 minute rest phase over several laps). The timer also has an interval timer, a countdown function and a stopwatch. The Osrun has a bright, easy-to-read, extra-large display with two green digits to show the lap and four red digits to show the time. Start and end times or phase changes are also signalled by beeps so that you can concentrate fully on your workout and not on the timer. The timer is controlled using the remote control supplied, which can be used to quickly set all modes as well as countdown and countup times (up to 100 minutes each). Favourite settings on the interval timers can be saved and recalled at any time in up to 12 memory locations.
