Die Bordbar kühlt ausschließlich über einen 12-V-Stromanschluss. Deswegen, und weil die Angabe von 20 °C unter Umgebungstemperatur von sich aus schon etwas mager ist, sollten Sie sich nicht zu sehr auf die Leistung der Box an besonders heißen Tagen verlassen. Als kleiner Reisebegleiter, Getränkehalter und Armlehne ist die Bordbar allerdings nicht verkehrt.
