This is not quite correct - for appliances with a Schuko plug, a so-called "non-removable" adapter is legally sufficient. Until now, I have always received my appliances from Galaxus with such a plug adapter.
Once attached, you can't remove it - at least not without forcing it or destroying it.
If you have not received such an adapter, contact Galaxus - you should actually receive one free of charge.

I can only agree with Akun on this. According to the electricity inspectorate, it must be a fixed adapter (once fitted, it cannot be removed) - if this is adhered to, no problem.
