In the Deep Fryer Compact small quantities (up to 500 grams - that is 2 portions of French fries) are very fast. A maximum of 1.5 litres of oil fit into the stainless steel magic box.
But even with less oil you get a tasty result. Thanks to the completely removable grease container, the device is easy to clean. The frying basket has a folding handle and is dishwasher-safe. The lid with viewing window can also be removed. It contains a highly effective activated carbon filter. A control lamp and stepless temperature selection ensure ease of operation.
