RÖSLE has stood for thoughtfully designed kitchen tools with excellent design since 1888. With the RÖSLE frying pan, you are choosing a product of top quality. The pans are made of 18/10 stainless steel and feature an extremely heat-resistant black ProPlex non-stick coating. This coating ensures that food is crispy on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside. The base is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction cooktops.

So muss man sich bspw. während des Wendens von Fleisch, Fisch usw. keine Gedanken um Materialschäden machen. Die Temperaturen verteilen sich leider nicht einheitlich (±14,0°C), was schließlich auch während des Garens wahrzunehmen ist...
