With the new flambé burner, RÖSLE has developed a kitchen tool that meets all these requirements: To ensure that only the sugar and not the dessert beneath it melts when crème brûlée and other desserts are caramelized, the specialist for kitchen tools has developed a flambé burner with a flame temperature of up to 1,300 degrees Celsius. The flame can be continuously regulated and switched to continuous operation as required. The tank capacity lasts for up to one hour and can be filled with standard lighter gas or from a RÖSLE gas cartridge. The removable stand made of white plastic has two functions: On the one hand, it offers the flambé burner a secure footing and, on the other hand, it covers the refill valve, thus preventing dirt from settling on the valve which would be pressed into the device during refilling. Safety is just as important to RÖSLE as functionality, as proven by the GS seal for tested safety, which the device has been awarded by TÜV.
