Very good machine - 1000 W is quite necessary for a reasonable dough kneading.
Adapter for Swiss sockets was forgotten to deliver with. Was delivered on request without any problems.
It would actually be a good product if you didn't have to secure almost every screw yourself with threadlocker afterwards. The quality of the screw connections of moving parts is very poor.

The screws holding the robot arm came loose after less than 3 weeks of use strictly in accordance with the instructions.
The after-sales service says that the device cannot be repaired but refuses the warranty, claiming that it has been dropped or used improperly, which is not the case.
The processing of the warranty case is getting bogged down: already almost 2 months without a robot and still no solution in sight. No wonder that the after-sales service is overwhelmed, with such a quality problem!
Update after 2 months: I have now received a new device for free

Basically good machine. What confused me when I bought it:
Capacity - flour for baked goods: 680g
Capacity - dough:1.35kg
Actually wanted a machine with which you can process 1kg flour. The dough is then unfortunately constantly pulled up the dough hook to the machine.
As it looks it is only suitable as described by the manufacturer for 680g flour for example bread.
