Serial defect
The V10 from Dyson has a serial defect and after some time in use, the dust container falls off the vacuum completely and can no longer be attached. After a good 2 years of use, it has given up the ghost. There are many cases like this on the internet. Dyson's customer service is now doing a good business by selling the spare parts, which were not even delivered despite the agreement. The customer service said that I should be satisfied that the vacuum cleaner ran for a good 2 years, as those of the competition already gave up the ghost after 1 year. Which is of course complete nonsense, and we have a 2-year guarantee in Switzerland. But the whole thing also feels wobbly in other places and the vacuum started to smell badly over time. I will certainly not buy a Dyson again.
