Mit zwei Tasten und vier Einstellmöglichkeiten am Drehrad kommt das Kenwood-Gerät puristisch daher. Im Praxistest schlug es sich bis auf Babybrei und Mandeln beachtlich, obgleich das Labor nur knapp 11.000 Umdrehungen pro Minute maß. Nettes Extra: die acht beiliegenden Rezepte vom Avocado-Limetten-Dip bis zum Margarita-Cocktail.

Auch seine Leistung ist überzeugend. So zerstößt er Eiswürfel sekundenschnell und verarbeitet sie zu sehr feinem Crushed Ice. Die Spritzer halten sich auch bei schäumenden Flüssigkeiten in Grenzen.
