Product details

User-friendly ice cream machine with continuous cooling system for professional preparation of ice cream at home. With integrated cooling unit: no pre-freezing of the bowl required.
Suitable for continuous operation, thanks to the compressor, cold is generated continuously and very quickly. The cooling system optimizes the transfer of cold and avoids loss of cold. Perfect ice cream and sorbet in approx. 20 -30 minutes. The removable stainless steel bowl holds 1.2 litres and produces 700 g of ice cream. Special stirring element for gentle mixing and stirring of ingredients. Transparent, airtight cover for constant temperature. Also ideal for all types of cold drinks. Easy cleaning: Stirring element, bowl and lid are dishwasher-safe. Ecological refrigerant R134a. Recipe ideas (German only) can be found under "Documents".
