The Alba series consists of a Ti-X coating, a sealing which is even more resistant due to an additional titanium layer. The aluminum base with steel plates ensures optimal heat distribution. Features a V-handle. The heat is distributed from the body of the pan to two ridges, which means that the handle heats up much more slowly at the rear end. The pans are also suitable for the oven, up to 250°C. Thickness 4.5 mm. Suitable for all types of cookers, including induction. Dishwasher safe.
