Ponal Express

Ponal Express Wood Glue is a waterproof wood adhesive for quick bonding. For fast woodworking tasks, Ponal Wood Glue is the perfect choice. The wood adhesive is not only waterproof but also offers a very short setting time of about 5 minutes. Additionally, it is characterized by high bonding strength and is ready to use. The white glue is suitable for assembly, joint, and surface bonding as well as for veneer and plastic edge bonding. It can also be used for woodcraft projects. Any leftover glue can be easily removed with water.

Application:
1. Do not use the Express Wood Glue below 7 degrees Celsius. The open time at a room temperature of 20 degrees is a maximum of 10 minutes.
2. Apply the wood glue unilaterally using a brush, plastic glue comb, hand glue roller, or glue application machine. For hardwoods like beech or oak, apply the wood glue on both sides. Caution: Do not let Ponal Express come into contact with iron-containing tools (risk of discoloration).
3. Pressing can be done cold or warm using common tools, devices, or presses. For simple bonding at 20°C with clamps, initial strength is achieved after just 5 minutes. Pressing times and temperatures are noted in the technical data sheet.
4. The hot sealing method can be applied if the wood glue is applied on both sides. At a temperature of 70°C to 80°C, the dried Ponal film can be softened and brought to set.
