The 150-500mm F/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD (Model A057) not only delivers high image quality but also offers great user comfort. Despite its impressive 500mm focal length, it is very manageable with a length of just 209.6mm and a maximum diameter of 93mm. As TAMRON's first lens for full-frame cameras with Sony E-Mount, it features a VC image stabilizer that enables sharp ultra-telephoto shots handheld. The optical design consists of 25 elements in 16 groups, including several special glasses and hybrid aspherical elements to correct optical aberrations. The BBAR-G2 coating on the lenses minimizes reflections inside the lens and suppresses ghosting and flare, which are particularly common in backlit shots. At a focal length of 150mm, the minimum focusing distance is 0.6m, making the lens suitable for impressive close-up shots.
