Thanks to the integrated E-Ink display, you can check your status directly. The curved display makes the SmartBand Talk comfortable to wear, and you can receive notifications for messages and emails. Features like gentle wake-up via vibration, hands-free calling, and water resistance up to 1.5 meters deep enhance the convenience. To keep things interesting, you also have the option to change the wristbands.

Sonys Smartband Talk macht im Test einiges besser als der Vorgänger und schafft dank E-Ink-Display und Telefoniefunktion einen kleinen Sprung nach vorne. Standard-Features wie ein Pulssensor fehlen aber immer noch, zudem ist der Preis recht hoch.

Das Modell von Sony hat schier unzählige Funktionen, das es zu einem sehr flexiblen Armband macht. Die Daten werden dabei nicht nur während der Bewegung getrackt sondern auch während der Schlafphasen oder auch wie lange man sich auf so Faceboook getrieben hat. Auch das Wecken in der Leichtschlafphase klappte im Test gut, wobei der Akku mehrere Tage lange durchhält.

Im Test zeigt sich das Sony SmartBand Talk SWR30 als ein durchweg solider und durchschnittlicher Fitness Tracker, welcher sich keine großen Patzer erlaubt, Ausrisse nach oben gibt es jedoch ebenso wenig. Der Preis ab 144 Euro geht gerade noch in Ordnung für die gebotene Leistung.
