With its QLED screen, the Q70C makes films, series and games with HDR look particularly colourful and brilliant; it is the most affordable of the current Samsung TVs with 120 hertz. The equipment is extensive as usual with a huge range of streaming options. The small remote control may be confusing at first, but the interaction with the well thought-out menus works perfectly.

The discovery of quantum dots has given LCD televisions with the appropriate equipment a quality boost.
