A very bad product
Despite a WIFI power of -50db (very good signal), the camera is unable to connect to the wifi and maintain a stable connection after only 4 months of use. Somfy's after-sales service can't help at all. It rings busy, or hangs up when you're transferred to the technical department. In short, avoid at all costs.

Network coverage and return conditions
Unfortunately, it does not meet my expectations. I previously had a Netatmo in the same location. The network coverage was too low for the Somfy and it could not establish a connection. On the app it was pointed out that the camera should ideally be positioned 2m from the WLAN router....it is an outdoor camera and who has outdoor WLAN routers in use?
@ Digitec: The return conditions are not really customer-friendly. There are various platforms where the purchase price is refunded 100% even if the packaging is opened. As soon as the packaging is opened, 10% is deducted for the return....unbelievable!Pro
