Dead on arrival - Edit: Replaced.
Right side is dead, makes no sound and has a loose contact when you put it in the charging box.
Appears to be already used and refurbished, with no quality control.
Warranty is through Sertronics AG, Lindächerstrasse 1, CH-5413 Birmenstorf, which means I get to wrap the box again somehow, and mail it, at my expense of course.
On Google Sertronics has 4 stars. Let's see what happens.
Unfortunately very disappointing.
Edit: We have the the headphones sent in and within a week (surprisingly fast) new delivered. Therefore adjustment of the rating: 4 stars. One star minus for the defective, but uncomplicated warranty and fast processing. We are satisfied.Pro

If you want a hassle-free experience, look somewhere else.
Complete disappointment.
They can play OK for an hour, but they can also start play-pause-play-pause-play-pause in 2-3 second intervals, which is infuriating. My suspicion is that it's caused by a bad "ear detection" algorithm. You can disable this feature via the app. But guess what, it doesn't stay disabled - it re-enables itself. 🤷 So you go to the app again, and now the app won't connect to the headphones (even though they are paired with the phone just fine). Spinning wheel on the main screen goes forever. Judging by the amount of similar comments on google play store, I'm not alone.
