Good TV with flaws

- Android TV software is subterranean bad compared to LG e.g.
- Software can not play 4K movies from a NAS over the network without jerking.
- Remote control is suboptimally arranged and not illuminated.
- At the first delivery, the display had a crack (processing quality).
- Ambilight is not 4 - sided
- Processor seems to be too slow for certain tasks or it is due to the software.
Lousy menu navigation
Never experienced such a lousy menu control in the last 20 years, it seems that the device needs a lot of updates until it works "reasonably" - but you wait forever for updates.

- Did I mention the lousy menu navigation ?
- Edit favourites, only with a lot of cursing feasible
- Rakuten TV button on the remote control...WTF..what is Rakuten , and who wants the shit ?
- Amazon Prime button on the remote control---Why?
- Rakuten TV APP -does not exist anymore....lol..what a shit
- Despite favourites setting : are not Fav. channels listed
- EPG does not update
- EPG - no "preview picture" like on a Samsung
- Recordings : sometimes the playback works, sometimes the sound is missing
- Buttons multiple assignment - despite huge clunky remote control
- OLED timeout : every few hours 10min forced shutdown

- Image settings must be defined individually for each app and source.
- I can hardly look at the screen any more. Thought mine was faulty and gave it away as -.
- Warranty claim. Came back afterwards saying it was normal.
