Failed to print correctly after few weeks.
Poor customer service. The printer failed to print correctly after only a few weeks, obviously due to manufacture problems. Sent back for the replacement, but I was informed to wait for another 4 weeks to get it repaired instead of replacing a new one. Very disappointing. I will never consider buying anything from Brother again.
I no longer buy a Brother printer
The printer itself was ok, but the toners are extremely expensive and above all, I bought new toners and put them in, after 13 days they were empty again and it is not possible that I have printed so much. I contacted Brother customer service, they couldn't help me. The 4 colour toners cost 270.-, they told me to send them in for checking. In the meantime I could have bought new ones, another 270.-, without me. We wrote and phoned back and forth several times, I have now bought another one and have one less worry.
