Unfortunately, there is no more precise information on this from the manufacturer itself. However, it does say: Universally adjustable for small, medium and large dogs from 7 to 54 kg. The chest strap is removable for smaller dogs. So you can assume that it works for practically every kind of "normal" dog.

My dog is a Cocker Spaniel, about 17kg and the harness is almost too big.
