The e-reader is equipped with a capacitive, multisensory E-Ink Charter display with HD resolution (758 x 1024). In addition to the sensitive touch screen, ergonomic scroll buttons make the device easy to use. The LED front illumination ensures excellent reading conditions even in poor lighting conditions.

Thanks to the new sophisticated product design, the PocketBook Touch Lux 4 is particularly light and compact in its dimensions (161.3 x 108 x 8 mm). Weighing only 155 grams, it is one of the lightest e-readers in the world.
The memory, doubled to 512 MB compared to the previous model, in combination with the powerful 1 GHz processor ensures that all applications and services on the device react quickly and smoothly. The e-reader is equipped with 8 GB of internal memory, which can be expanded by up to 32 GB using a microSD card if required.

The PocketBook Touch Lux 4 supports 17 book formats (PDF, PDF(DRM), EPUB, EPUB(DRM), DJVU, FB2, FB2.ZIP, DOC, DOCX, RTF, PRC, TXT, CHM, HTM, HTML, MOBI, ACSM) and 4 image formats (JPEG, BMP, PNG, TIFF) without conversion. Thanks to integrated WLAN and various online services, such as the PocketBook Cloud, Dropbox PocketBook and Send-to-PocketBook, all content can be sent directly to the device without having to establish a connection to the PC. The pre-installed dictionaries offer 24 language combinations for reading books in foreign languages.
The e-reader has another convenient function, the Sleep Cover function. Using the integrated cover sensor, the PocketBook Touch Lux 4 automatically switches to sleep mode, thus saving battery power. To do this, it must be placed in a suitable PocketBook protective cover, which is available separately.
