The high-resolution 12.7 cm (5-inch) display made of scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 3 provides an exceptionally good representation of images, videos, and apps. A 1.8 GHz quad-core processor delivers plenty of power, and LTE category 4 ensures a fast browsing experience. Particularly excellent are the 13-megapixel main camera and the 8-megapixel front camera, which allow for perfect photos in any situation.

Alles in allem handelt es sich beim Huawei Ascend P7 um ein starkes Smartphone welches sich nicht vor der Konkurrenz in der Oberklasse verstecken muss. Gerade aber bei der Laufzeit erweist sich das Modell als eine nur maue Wahl.
Der chinesische Hersteller Huawei hat den Anschluss ans Spitzenfeld vollzogen und legt mit dem Ascend P7 ein überzeugendes 5-Zoll-Smartphone zu einem vergleichsweise günstigen Preis vor (getestet unter Android 4.4.2). Zur recht umfangreichen Ausstattung zählen ein HD-Camcorder, NFC, eine 13-MP-Hauptkamera sowie eine 8-MP-Frontkamera...
Telefon und Akku sind die beiden Bereiche welche schwächer sind als bei den meisten Konkurrenten. Ansonsten jedoch ist das Huawei Ascend P7 ein sehr starkes Smartphone mit hochwertig verarbeitetem Gehäuse, einer sehr guten Internet-Performance und auch einem tollen Handling.
Das Smartphone macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck und ist auch beim Handling gut aufgestellt. Die Kameraleistung des Handys ist zwar gut, wobei die Farben gut aufgezeichnet werden aber die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten sind nicht gerade üppig. Wie beim iPhone konzentriert man sich hier eher um das Fotografieren bzw. Filmen udn lässt zahlreiche Einstellungen außen vor.
