Heart rate data with ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy. This premium heart rate chest strap records your running workouts, swimming sessions, and many other activities. It transmits heart rate data in real-time via ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy. This way, you continuously receive accurate heart rate data on your Garmin device, in online training apps like Zwift, or even on compatible fitness equipment at the gym.
Run even more efficiently. In addition to heart rate, the HRM-Pro records running efficiency metrics that can help you improve your form. This includes data such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio, and many more.
Storage of your workouts. Even without a Garmin device. If your watch is out of range during swimming or other activities, heart rate data will be stored on the device. After completing the activity, the data will then be sent to the watch. Information on step count, calories, and intensity minutes will also be stored and synchronized.
Practical and comfortable to wear. The HRM-Pro features a small and lightweight heart rate measurement module that is as slim as the soft, comfortable strap. Plus, you won't run out of power. The replaceable coin cell battery lasts up to a year.
