They can be worn with (Twins Tip) or without silicone earbuds, depending on what is preferred. The Twins are sweat-proof and therefore survive any workout with ease. The Earbuds can be used as a pair for stereo sound or individually (Dual Master). Both Earbuds have a microphone.
