Obwohl die neue Time Capsule deutliche Schwächen hat, reicht es dennoch für den Testsieg und das liegt zum einen an der guten Leistung mit Apple Geräten und zum anderen auch an der hohen Reichweite. Allerdings ist die Leistung über das Netzwerk eher mager und große Einstellungsmöglichkeiten hat man ebenfalls nicht.

In unserer Testumgebung mit Windows liefert er zwar noch gute Leistung, versagt jedoch beim Einrichten. Unser Test belegt: Der vergleichsweise teure Router lohnt nur dann, wenn Sie ausschließlich Apple-Produkte nutzen.
