Trousers instead of boots: the award-winning "Go X" from Reboots

The unique compression massager from Reboots has been on the market since April. According to Franziska Bosbach, Head of Marketing at Reboots, the completely hose-free design enables easy handling. Especially when travelling. However, products from other manufacturers can also do this.

What makes the "Go X" so special is the fact that it is a pair of trousers. "Massage boots have been around for a long time," says Bosbach. "However, these products only go up to the groin. Our trousers go up to the navel and therefore also include the gluteus, the hip muscles and the lymphatic area in the lower abdomen."

The total of 16 air chambers, eight per leg, can be adjusted via the Reboots app with a pressure of up to 180 mmHg can be individually controlled. "For example, I can completely reduce the pressure in my left foot and maximise it in my right foot," explains Franziska Bosbach. According to the Head of Marketing, the new AirX technology makes the device the only compression massage trousers without cumbersome tubes or a large control unit.

Compression massage devices massage the legs using a pressure wave that travels from the feet to the upper body. As a result, the body removes unwanted by-products of the metabolism, in particular lactate, more quickly. This prevents sore muscles, increases performance and speeds up regeneration. According to Bosbach, the "Go X" massage trousers would enable a super personalised compression massage that is currently not available on the market in this price segment.

ISPO Award 2024

At this year's ISPO sports trade fair in Munich, the Reboots compression shorts were honoured with an award in the "Fitness + Health" category. The jury writes:
